The Journey

Our Story

Hiking Pony was created to be a feel-good, do-good company by a couple of gals who just want to feel good and do good. We aspire to be a beacon for wellness, seamlessly integrating into your daily rituals. Ultimately, Hiking Pony fuels the wild adventure of living well with convenient, uncompromising nourishment.

How We Started

For outdoor enthusiasts, it has always been a struggle to find a quick, tasty, and convenient way to have our daily coffee and keep the energy flowing. After years of road-tripping, camping, and backpacking, we decided to do something about it. We created Hiking Pony freeze-dried collagen coffee to provide an energy boost without the crash and the jitters.

When collagen protein and coconut oil fat bind with caffeine, our bodies break it down much slower. The perfect balance of caffeine, fat, and protein provides a focused feeling of lasting energy. So, go outside and play with no fear of running out of fuel!

Beyond the Brew

But we didn't stop at coffee. Today, our collagen coffee and growing line of functional essentials—like our deeply nourishing sipping broths—elevate daily rituals with small, powerful upgrades. We've crafted a lineup that supports vitality, clarity, and resilience, so you can feel strong, steady, and fully alive wherever the trail leads.

Our Commitment

We source our ingredients from responsible partners who share our values, ensuring that every product we offer is not only beneficial for our customers but also for the planet. We source organic products where available and are working towards the goal of all compostable packaging.

The Team

We are a women-owned team of experts in CPG, health, operations, and revenue who all came together many years ago through random events involving a tiny home, a parkour gym, and Craigslist during the weirdest era of Austin, Texas.
